徐安平

徐安平，男，博士，教授，博士生导师，汉族，出生于1967年5月，内蒙古丰镇市人，中共党员。1998年8月毕业于天津大学机械制造及其自动化专业，获工学博士学位，2000年破格晋升为教授。中国机械工程学会高级会员，中国机械工业减变速器行业标准化技术委员会委员，世界科学与工程学会（WSEAS）中国分会主席，WSEAS Transactions on Computers国际学术期刊（WSEAS Press，希腊）副主编，International Journal of Design Engineering国际学术期刊（Inderscience 出版公司，瑞士）编委，河北省机电一体化工程技术中心、河北工业大学机械学院CAD/CAM&RPM研究所副所长，河北工业大学图书馆副馆长。2003年11月，作为Visiting Scientist，应邀赴美国University of Connecticut工程学院快速原型制造技术实验室（Solid Freeform Fabrication Lab）进行访问，于2004年5月回国。曾参加国家、河北省、天津市自然科学基金项目、河北省科技攻关等各类纵向项目20项，参加美国国家科学基金（NSF）项目1项，参加横向项目若干项。主持并完成天津市、河北省自然基金项目各1项，河北省教育厅博士基金项目1项，天津市科委快速成形工程中心计划项目1项，河北省优秀专家出国留学基金资助项目1项。目前，主持在研河北省自然科学基金重点项目1项，面上项目1项。作为大会总主席，组织世界科学与工程学会（WSEAS）多学科学术会议一次（中国杭州，2007年4月）。近年来在“Computer-Aided Design”、“International Journal of Machine Tools and Manufacture”、“Journal of Integrated Design and Process Science”、 “WSEAS Transactions on Information Science and Applications”、 “Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering”、 “International Journal of Design Engineering”、《机械工程学报》、《中国机械工程》、《计算机辅助设计与图形学学报》、《西安交通大学学报》、《天津大学学报》、《机械设计》等国内重要学术期刊及国际会议论文集上发表学术论文68篇，其中有2篇被SCI收录，15篇被EI收录，2篇被ISTP收录；主编国际会议论文集5部（其中副主编1部）；申请软件著作权登记3项；获河北省科技进步三等奖1项（2002年），天津市自然科学三等奖1项（2004年）。个人传记入编美国 Marquis Who’s Who in Science & Engineering。 联系方式： 地址：天津市红桥区光荣道8号河北工业大学图书馆 邮编：300130 电话：022-60202901 传真：022-26564741 E-mail：xap@hebut.edu.cn ap_xu@126.com 个人主页：http://cirps.hebut.edu.cn Anping Xu’s Biography Anping Xu is currently a Professor of School of Mechanical Engineering, Hebei University of Technology. He received an MS degree and a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hebei University of Technology (China) in 1993 and Tianjin University in 1998, respectively. He worked as a visiting scientist at the University of Connecticut (USA) from November 2003 through May 2004. His research interests include CAD/CAM, design for rapid prototyping, heterogeneous object modeling and machining process simulation. He has authored or co-authored over 40 refereed journal papers and over 20 refereed conference papers. He is a holder of 3 software copyrights. He co-organized 2006 WSEAS International Conference on Robotics, Control and Manufacturing Technology (ROCOM ’06, Hangzhou, China, April 16-18th, 2006). As the general chairman, he co-organized 2007 WSEAS International Multi-conferences (ROCOM '07, MUSP '07, ACOS '07, IMCAS '07, Hangzhou, China, April 15-17th, 2007). He is an editor, an associate editor, or a guest editor of several top technical journals or conference proceedings. Also, he is an active senior member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES). He is cited in Marquis Who’s Who in Science & Engineering (USA，2007).
