名师简介
吴孝兵，理学博士，男，1965年2月生，安徽全椒人。现为安徽师范大学教授，博士生导师，校科研处副处长；“皖江学者”计划讲席教授，安徽省首批跨世纪学科带头人培养对象。现兼任中国动物学会两栖爬行动物学专业委员会副主任，安徽省动物学会副理事长，国际自然保护联盟鳄类专家组（IUCN/CSG）成员，中国生态学会动物生态学专业委员会委员,中华人民共和国濒危物种科学委员会协审专家，《动物学报》和《动物学杂志》编委。十多年来主要致力于扬子鳄保护生物学的研究工作，主要研究方向有保护遗传学、动物生态学、分子系统学及分子系统地理学等；近年来还主持有关野外工作项目如“黄山风景区生物多样性”（主持动物部分调查）、“安徽省宁国万家拟建自然保护区资源调查”、“泾县汀溪自然保护区资源调查”、“扬子鳄野生种群数量调查”及“安徽扬子鳄国家级自然保护区综合科学考察”，参加四川龙溪-虹口国家级自然保护区的科考及“安徽清凉峰自然保护区”的科考工作等。曾在Biological Conservation，Gene, Genome, Chinese Science Bulletin等刊物发表第一作者或通讯作者学术论文105篇，主持出版及合作出版专著《扬子鳄研究》1部，合作主编教材及参编教材各1部。目前主持国家自然科学基金4项、安徽省优秀青年基金项1项、安徽省自然科学基金等省部级研究项目多项；获安徽省科学技术奖（自然科学类）二等奖（主持）等，并于2005年获安徽省政府特殊津帖，2006年获安徽省青年科技奖。 Email: wuxb@mail.ahnu.edu.cn Tel: 0553-3836873, 5910118 Fax: 0553-3836873 一、主要学习和工作经历： 1988年7月于安徽师范大学生物系毕业，获学士学位； 1988年考入本校动物学专业硕士研究生，1991年获硕士学位，并留校任教； 1994年12月—1999年11月：破格晋升为安徽师范大学副教授；1999年晋升为教授。 1996年6月：被聘为动物学专业硕士研究生导师； 1997年12月：被选拔为安徽省首批跨世纪学科与技术带头人后备人选； 2001年6月在南京师范大学获理学博士学位； 2003年11月：被聘为安徽师范大学博士生导师； 访问与进修：2004年1月在美国自然历史博物馆从事合作研究；并曾先后前往美国、英国、澳大利亚和法国等国家进行学术交流活动。 二、主要研究方向： 濒危动物保护生物学、保护遗传学、分子系统地理学、分子系统学、动物生态学及免疫组织化学等研究工作，主要致力于扬子鳄等濒危物种保护生物学的研究。 三、 目前的主要研究课题： 中国碧翠凤蝶的种群遗传结构及分子系统地理学研究（国家自然科学基金，30870359）（主持） 扬子鳄性选择及遗传交配制度研究（国家自然科学基金，30770312）（主持） 扬子鳄种群遗传结构及遗传保护对策（国家自然科学基金，30270213）（主持） 从线粒体全基因组及ZENK基因探讨现存鳄类属间的分子系统发生关系（国家自然科学基金，30470244）（主持） 基于线粒体基因组水平的现存鳄目种间分子系统关系及分歧时间估计研究（教育部博士点专项基金，20070370002）（主持） 金头闭壳龟栖息地调查及保护，世界自然基金会（WWF）小型物种保护项目（2006-2007）（主持） 扬子鳄保护生物学研究（安徽省优秀青年基金，04043049）（主持） 扬子鳄保护遗传学研究（安徽省自然科学基金，01043501）（主持） 扬子鳄栖息地质量评估（国家林业局野生动植物研究发展中心合作项目）（主持） 扬子鳄饲养种群谱系建设（安徽省林业厅科研基金）（主持） 扬子鳄再引入实验（国家林业局野生动植物研究发展中心合作项目）（主持） 安徽省扬子鳄国家级自然保护区综合科学考察（2005-2006）（主持） 四、获奖情况： 《扬子鳄消化道组织学、超微结构及内分泌细胞研究》（第一完成人），2003年获安徽省科学技术奖（自然科学类）二等奖。 《两栖爬行动物学消化道内分泌细胞免疫组织化学研究》（第一完成人），2006年获安徽省高校科技进步奖三等奖。 《扬子鳄感觉器官的组织胚胎学的研究》（第二完成人），1995年6月获国家教育委员会科学技术进步三等奖。证书号：95-547 《动物学教学资源库的建设》（第二完成人），2001年获安徽省优秀教学成果三等奖。 1997年获安徽师范大学“皖泰”杯教师教学优秀一等奖。 1998年9月被评为一九九八年安徽省优秀教师，并被授予安徽省优秀教师称号。证书号：98218 2004年获安徽省优秀青年科技创新奖。 2005年获安徽省政府特殊津贴。 2006年4月获安徽省青年科技奖（中共安徽省委组织部、安徽省人事厅和安徽省科学技术协会）。 五、讲授课程： 《脊椎动物学》、《保护生物学》、《分子系统学》 六、部分代表性学术论文(第一作者或*通讯作者)(SCI或SCIE)： Wu Xiaobing, YQ Wang, KY Zhou, et al.
