姓名:杨青 办公室电话:041184709687 电子邮箱地址:qingyang@dlut.edu.cn 主要学历及工作经历: 1988年毕业于华东理工大学生化工程系生物化学专业，获学士学位；1992年毕业于大连理工大学生化工程专业，获硕士学位；2002年，获大连理工大学生物化工博士学位。曾先后在瑞典Uppsala大学（2000-2001），美国哈佛大学（2005-2006）和美国加州大学伯克利分校（2006、2007）访问研究。 主要学术及社会兼职: Biofuels, Bioproducts and Biorefining(John Wiley publisher)杂志编委 研究领域（研究课题）: 主要从事蛋白酶与人工核酸酶研究，主要包括新酶的功能、体内调控、克隆表达及其分离纯化及人工核酸酶在生化工程领域中的应用研究。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金项目(20576016，20676021)，第十届霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金项目(101072)；国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)重大专项“创新药物与中药现代化”课题 (2003AA2Z3520)；中国瑞典政府间国际合作项目“生物转化”（25851-1）等；同时，还作为研究骨干参加了国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）课题（2003CB114405）和自然科学基金重点项目（20536010）。 指导硕、博士生研究方向: （1）蛋白酶的高效高活性克隆表达与纯化：从菌种构建，表达调控以及发酵培养等研究入手，提出并实施在大肠杆菌中可溶性表达目标产物实现高效高活性表达的思路，从而建立了低成本、生态友好、具有产业化前景的生产重组蛇毒类凝血酶的新技术。 （2）人工核酸酶研究：将现有的DNA光敏损伤活性小分子用于重组蛋白质/酶分离纯化过程中核酸的去除，建立了生化工程应用导向的人工核酸酶快速筛选和评价体系。 （3）生物转化中新酶的发现与制备：发现了重要的具有高效生物转化能力的微生物，应用于芳香硝基还原或合成非天然有机化合物，解决有机合成中环境污染、操作安全以及生产成本等问题，促使精细化学工业的可持续性发展。 （4）绿色农药分子设计中新靶标酶的发现与表征：已获取亚洲玉米螟几丁质水解酶和合成酶的基因全序列及水解酶的纯品。 出版著作和论文: 2002年以来发表SCI论文23篇，EI（含EiPageOne）论文3篇，10篇论文他引20次，申报专利3项，其中授权1项，并在“Asia Pacific Biochemical Engineering Conference 2003（澳大利亚）”和“10th YABEC Symposium2004（日本）”等酶化工领域国际会议上作口头报告。 代表论文包括： 1.
