名师简介
肖衍和，1980年生于江西吉安，2001年毕业于成都理工大学材料科学与工程系无机非金属材料专业, 2006年中国科学院固体物理研究所博士毕业。自从2001年开始,在张立德研究员指导下,参与国家973计划纳米材料和纳米结构课题及多项国家自然科学基金课题的研究工作，在半导体准一维纳米线的可控生长研究上做了大量系统的工作,取得了一定的有价值的科研成果,发表了一系列高质量的文章. 近年来在一维纳米结构掺杂研究方面发表的主要论文： 1.
